Raised on the North Shore, Susan began visiting the Coast as a young child with her father who had (and still has) business dealings on the Coast. She quickly fell in love with the area and  spent as much free time there as possible.

A career in TV news kept her permanently lodged in Vancouver raising her two daughters but in 2016 the TV gig ended and she embarked on her other love- real estate. Over the years Sue had bought and sold many homes for her family, including building one from scratch and extensively renovating many of the others.

 Now, since there was no need to remain in the city, the Coast naturally called and she bought a property to build her dream home on ,as well as build her career in real estate.

Sue realizes that deciding to buy or sell can be a life-changing decision that can't be forced or rushed. She is willing to take as much time until the timing feels right.
