Dave Milligan moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2004 and began his real estate career as a partner in the well known and respected real estate team, sunshinecoasthomes.com, where he served as a buyer's agent. Since 2011, Dave has been the sole agent of sunshinecoasthomes.com and specializes in listing and selling properties all over the Sunshine Coast. 

Dave is a real people-person who represents both buyers and sellers with integrity. He knows that buying and selling are two very different experiences. His many years of experience on both sides of the real estate transaction give him a unique perspective that his clients find very valuable. His background includes trading at the Vancouver Stock Market and Dave believes that experience has given him invaluable insight into high level business negotiations.

Dave really loves 'Coast Life' and feels very blessed to have raised two beautiful daughters here. He is involved with the community, having served with the Rotary Club and the Chamber of Commerce, and is excited to share his knowledge with locals and newcomers alike.
