David Oldham has been one of the Coast's longest serving and most successful agents. He's a long time member of the prestigious Medallion Club and a consistent top producer. After over 35 years of outstanding production and service, David has decided to step aside and now helps his daughter, Adrienne, as an Unlicensed Assistant. David had an extensive practice, including all areas of the Coast and all types of real estate. However, he was perhaps best known as an expert in waterfront properties, especially in Roberts Creek.

David came to the Coast in the 1970's, working first as a carpenter before making the transition to real estate. He started in 1986, in the legendary Mitten Realty office in Trail Bay Mall, Sechelt, under his manager, friend and mentor, John Peat. David quickly rose to become one of the very best Agents on the Sunshine Coast., gaining a reputation as a hard worker and good negotiator. He proudly recalls that that one office, Mitten Realty, garnered a 50% market share of the entire real estate business on the Sunshine Coast.

David made the move up to RE/MAX Oceanview in 2019 and has helped his daughter, Adrienne, become a top producer in her own rigfht. Together, they make one dynamic, successful Team!
