Lately we’ve noted some encouraging signs that the real estate market may be improving. The latest sales statistics back that up. According to the Real Estate Board, sales of detached homes on the Coast in the last 2 months increased by 60% over the same period last year. These improved numbers support predictions that 2014 will be a busier year for real estate. The Real Estate Board also notes that RE/MAX Oceanview was the top listing and top selling office on the Coast for 2013. That the 18th year in a row! Thinking about buying or selling?
