Buyers always notice the roof – is yours in good shape, or does it need de-mossing or even replacing? Don’t forget to clean all windows and pressure-wash the decks. Finally, the front door provides the first impression. Install a new one if necessary, or repaint the old one and replace the hardware. A good impression on the outside will help to get buyers inside!
