Patrick (Unlicensed Assistant) Hobbs
Patrick was raised in North Vancouver. After graduating from high school, Patrick attended BCIT, where he completed a diploma program in Marketing and Real Estate. Patrick then moved to the Sunshine Coast and quickly established himself as one of the Coast’s elite Realtors. He was a member of the prestigious Medallion Club and a perennial top listing and selling Realtor.
Patrick has always taken a great deal of pride in involving himself in the community. He is a past president of the Sechelt and District Chamber of Commerce and a 30 year member of the Halfmoon Bay Fire Dept. Patrick acknowledges a deep afinity with the Coast and its unique lifestyle and he is happy to give back.
In 2023 Patrick retired as a licensed Realtor, but he's still a part of REMAX Oceanview as he now assists Carrie Caldwell in her real estate practice.
