Joe is originally from the Maritimes. He was still a youngster when he moved with his family to New Westminster. After graduating from high school, Joe attended Okanagan College in Kelowna, obtaining his certification as a Journeyman Carpenter. He also went on to complete a Building Inspectors course.
In 1989 Joe and his wife, Sally, and his family moved to the Sunshine Coast. After spending several years in carpentry Joe decided it was time to put his experience and education in housing to a different use - he began his career in real estate.
Joe has been able to put his many years of building homes and subdivision experience to good use and has become very successful. His sales awards include membership in the prestigious MLS Medallion Club, RE/MAX President's Club and RE/MAX Hall Of Fame award. Joe is also one of just a few Realtors on the Coast who holds the professional designation of Associate Broker, which allows him to manage a real estate office. As a matter of fact, Joe has often served as the substitute manager at RE/MAX Oceanview Realty.
Joe is known for his friendly, cheerful demeanor and he has a great sense of humour. These qualities, along with a measured approach, helps put his clients at ease. Integrity has always been a central theme with Joe and he is well liked and respected inside and outside the office.
