But the professional Realtor knows that finding the buyer is only the beginning. Buyers must be interviewed carefully and qualified before anything else can happen. We are trained to ask the right questions. We also have access to mortgage brokers, bankers and other professionals who do the same and report back to us. Then, and only then, do we move forward with showings and offers. Managing buyers is a complex process, but one we’re trained to handle.
